Construction Inspection - Frame InspectionJust prior to the insulation and drywall being installed. Includes a visual inspection of the structure, trusses, sheathing/flashing, plumbing rough-in, electrical rough-in, workmanship, windows, heating and A/C ducts, heating and A/C equipment rough-in. The Inspector also looks for anything that might cause damage to the property in the future.
Construction Inspection - Final InspectionAfter construction is complete and utilities are turned on (just prior to the final walk-through).This inspection is 25% OFF if I did your frame inspection! Otherwise, this inspection is the same price as the Frame Inspection.
